Approximate method of calculation of temperature distribution in combined radial rid of rectangular profile

The construction of radial rib that contains first part made of material with high coefficient of thermal conductivity then the last part has been offered. The effective approximate analytical procedure of calculating temperature curve in radial compound ribs with enough precision for engineering purpose has been developed.

Approximate approach to calculation of a non-stationary temperature field in a hollow cylinder

The solution of the problem of the non-stationary temperature field in the hollow cylinder has been obtained on the basis of elementary functions, i.e. not requiring the use of special Bessel functions. The solution greatly simplifies the engineering calculations of the investigated temperature fields.

Approximate approach to calculating thermal conductivity of radial rib of constant thickness

In the paper optimization of radial rib has been proposed. The aim of optimization is to lessen overall and mass characteristics and to save the given indices of efficiency.
